We will be launching from Salt Spring Island to paddle through the waterways of the Inside Passage, a network of passages stretching from northwestern Washington to southeast Alaska. This partially protected coastline is one of the most uniquely raw and wild places in the world.
We will end our trip in Glacier Bay National Park, Alaska. The distance amounts to 1,300 nm one way and will take us approximately four months to complete.
We intend to visit communities and research stations along the way to interview women, who are working towards the protection of the Inside Passage and are spearheading projects at the frontlines.

In the map below you can see our resupply locations (yellow), our interviewees and the organizations they are with (black).  We are stoked to meet all of them!
If you have suggestions of where we could stop in and who we should talk to, leave us a comment.
